Capstone Financial Advisors is pleased to announce the promotions of key members of its growing team:  Sandy Higgins, JD, CFP® to Senior Wealth Advisor, Rosie Warren to Senior Portfolio Operations Analyst, and Claribel Herrera to Senior Operations Administrative Assistant.
