Mallory Spann is a Receptionist at Capstone Financial Advisors. She’s the one responsible for keeping the wheels of the office turning. In her daily job, Mallory focuses on essential details and tackles each task with a smile.

Since 2005, Mallory has worked in various administrative roles. With the new hybrid work environment, she provides even more support. Co-workers see Mallory as a friendly face they can count on.

“I like greeting clients coming in for meetings and making sure people have everything they need to do their jobs well,” she says.”

Building community

Mallory is a life-long learner who’s passionate about history. She’s taught college-level courses, created lectures, and worked with students through the years.

Mallory earned a Master of Arts in museum studies from John Hopkins University. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in history from Elmhurst College, a Master of Arts in European history from Roosevelt University, and a secondary education teaching certificate.
