The Best RIAs to Work For program was created to help identify firms that prioritize their people alongside their clients.
Financial Planning partnered with Best Companies Group, an independent research firm specializing in workplace evaluations, to administer the survey and recognition program. The 2025 rankings were determined using a two-part assessment. Employers provided details on workplace policies, practices, benefits, systems, and demographics, while employees completed surveys measuring leadership, communication, training, engagement, and overall satisfaction. Combined scores from both components determined the final rankings.
