Capstone Welcomes Anood Sadiq as Client Service Specialist
Capstone Financial Advisors is pleased to announce the addition of Anood Sadiq as a Client Service Specialist. In her role, Anood will work with Capstone’s Senior Wealth Advisors to service the financial needs of clients.
Anood is an Illinois native and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology Law & Justice as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Currently, Anood is pursuing the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ (FPQP™) designation.
Anood brings extensive client service experience to Capstone from her previous positions at J.P. Morgan Chase within their credit card services business. In her prior role, Anood developed and led a team of fraud specialists to review, respond to, and resolve complex fraud-related cases to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Anood believes in the importance of enhancing the client experience by fully executing requests, using timely communication and prompt resolution. She is eager to form relationships with Capstone clients and directly support them with their operational, procedural, and administrative needs. We are excited to have Anood as part of our growing team!
